Our prices are shown in pound Sterling. They are guaranteed except in the case of a typographical or printing error
Delivery Information
We will always aim to dispatch items as soon as possible but please allow between 14 days. However we cannot be held responsible for reasons out of our hands that will delay the delivery. If you need your item for a specific date please be sure to let us know when paying for your order. If you have not recieved your order within 14 days of payment then please e.mail us. Payment must be made before your item/s are dispatched.
Postage & Packaging
We do not charge for p&p in the UK and all items are sent Second class, unless other wise stated by Royal Mail, proof of posting is obtained for every single item. For some larger orders Royal Mails Standard parcels service may need to be used.
Postage Worldwide
There is a charge for posting outside of the UK, the prices start at 3.00 GBP and an additional 0.50p after that. Payment must be made via Paypal, with British Pound Sterling used as the currency. To place an order please use the form provided. An invoice will then sent to your Paypal address. All items unless otherwise stated are sent via Airmail

Paypal : ~ Paypal is free to Join and free to use, if you do not have a paypal account you can join for free or find out more info by clicking the url www.paypal.co.uk Payment must be in British Pound Sterling only please, we do not accept any other currency. Payment must be made before your item/s is dispatched.
(UK Only) Personal Cheque/Postal Orders : ~ Upon reciept of you order we will e.mail you, with our payment information. Items will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared.
Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, then please e.mail us
Full Refunds can be given, but the following rules do apply
The item/s must be returned to us first.
The item/s must be sent back within 10 days of recieving it
Item/s must be in exactly the same condition as they were when they were recieved
If We Have Problems Fulfilling Your Order
If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order we will contact
you to give you the choice of canceling your order, amending it, or waiting for
the items you ordered to come into stock as appropriate.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without reason, you will be notified and a full refund given.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product/s ordered.
Viruses
Email messages leaving this office are subject to virus scans.
You should however carry out your own checks and we cannot accept liability for
any loss or damage which may be caused by computer viruses.
Colours
Please note: while colour photography and
printing are as accurate as possible, slight variations from the original may
occur. There may also be slight differences in the colour set up of your
browser.
Sizes
As each and every item on this site (unless other wise stated) is handmade, we cannot guarantee precise sizes so all sizes are approximate

Recommendations
Once you have recieved your item it is then your responsibility .
However we do recommend that items such as pet items , or any item given to a child that supervision should be taken and that for any reason there are any signs of unhappiness or distress, the item should be taken away or removed.
